Arrival Time & Check-in
• Passengers must arrive at least one (1) hour before departure to allow enough time for
check-in and boarding.
• For late arrivals or failure to appear, seats will be automatically released, and you will be
considered a no-show if you fail to arrive on time.
Baggage Policy
• Each passenger is allowed one (1) baggage free of charge to be stowed in the bus
compartment.
• Additional luggage stowed in the bus compartment is subject to extra charges.
• The passenger must secure a baggage tag/s for all their luggage stored in the bus
compartment from the BA/Conductor.
• Any undeclared lost baggage will not be entertained by the company, unless the
passenger sufficiently proves to the satisfaction of the company and will only be liable to the
maximum amount of P 3,000.
• Luggage with valuable items amounting to P 5,000 and more must be declared to the
conductor, indicated at the back of the ticket and must have a baggage tag.
• Lost luggage with a declared amount of P 5,000 and above may claim against the company
its declared amount, but in no case higher than P 10,000, upon investigation that the baggage
lost is due to the sole fault or negligence of the Company.
Rebooking / Ticket Policies
•Passengers can manage their bookings (update travel time and date) at least 24 hours before departure.
• Trips within 24 hours require email request and approval.
• Succeeding rebookings are subject to a 10% service charge per modification.
• Rebooking is subject to seat availability and must be scheduled within 90 days (3
months) from the original departure date.
• Rebooking requests can be processed at the terminals, however, we highly encourage
passengers to manage it online through our official website for faster service.
• Onsite rebooking requests will only be processed during office hours (8:00am-6:00pm).
• Once the rebooking is confirmed, the original seat will be released and made available to
other passengers. The company shall not be held liable for any actions or consequences
that may arise thereafter.
• Passengers must present their e-tickets at the terminal indicated on their voucher. The
company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any printed or digital booking
confirmation.
• If a ticket is presented by someone other than the named passenger, the company
reserves the right to:
- Refuse boarding to the unauthorized person
- Confiscate the ticket to prevent further misuse
• Should an unauthorized person manage in using the ticket or obtaining a refund, the
company shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages.
• Tickets are non-refundable or non-transferable except in cases where the company
cancels or modifies trips due to force majeure or other safety concerns.
Service Charges & Payment Processing Fees
• Additional payment processing fees apply if the booking was settled via Maya, PayPal,
credit/debit card, or GCash.
• Any conflict or contest on any of the modes of payment other than cash will be
investigated if only raised at least 24 hours from purchase, otherwise it is deemed will be
considered admitted.
• Management reserves the right to solely investigate and resolve any controversy
regarding any conflict on the modes of payment which resolution shall be final.
• All service charges and payment processing fees for online reservations are
non-refundable.
Schedule Changes & Unforeseen Events
• Trip schedules may change without prior notice due to circumstances such as, but not
limited to: o Weather disturbances o Road closures or poor road conditions o Maintenance or
other security measures o Other unforeseen or uncontrollable events that is deemed by the
company fortuitous
• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips without prior notice due to
unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected passengers will be notified and given the
option to either: o Rebook their ticket to the next available trip at no additional cost, or o
Request a refund within 15 calendar days from the original trip date indicated on the ticket.
• Failure to rebook or claim a refund within the specified 15-day period will result in fare
forfeiture.
• Unless an official cancellation notice is released by the company, all trips will be
considered operational despite external events or disruptions.
• Rebooking due to external events affecting the passenger (e.g., flight cancellations,
flooding in certain areas) are subject to special approval.
• Requests must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the scheduled departure to
info@jambusliner.com or via our website support if the ticket was booked online.
• Approved rebookings must be used within 90 days from the original departure date.
• The company reserves the right to cancel trips or change it's time schedules and/or dates
of departure without prior notice.
Bus Maintenance & Mechanical Issues
• Our buses undergo regular preventive maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and
passenger safety.
• In the event of a mechanical breakdown, a rescue unit may be deployed, which may be of a
different bus type.
• If the replacement bus is of a lower class, the fare difference will be credited for future
travel. Details on how to claim this credit will be provided by the company's customer service.
Passenger Fare Policy (not applicable in P2P routes)
• Children 1 meter and below travel for free provided they are seated on their parent's or
guardian's lap.
• Children over 1.3 meters in height are considered full-paying passengers but may avail of a
20% discount if they present a valid PWD ID or student ID for the current school year.
• Students with valid school IDs must select "Student" as the passenger type during
booking to avail of the discounted fare. Failure to do so will result in the application of the
regular fare.
• Applicable to P2P routes, any child who utilizes a seat even if less than 1 meter and not
proven to be a student will be charged for the full fare.
Bookings via Third-Party Platforms
• If you booked your ticket through a third-party website or platform, please contact their
customer support for any booking concerns.
• Their rebooking, cancellation, and other policies may vary, so kindly refer to their terms and
conditions.
• Should any inconsistency between their policy and the terms and conditions arise, this
terms and conditions shall govern.
